How long will my order take?

We aim to dispatch orders within 1-5 working days. An email will be sent when your order has been dispatched. Please see our delivery policy page for more info.

Do you accept returns?

Yes we accept returns within 14 days after the day your items are delivered. They must be unopened and returned in the original packaging. Please see our returns page for further info.

I’ve placed multiple orders on the website, can these be shipped together?

As long as we haven’t already dispatched your order, we will endeavor to combine yours order. Please contact us via e-mail to arrange and we will do our best to help.

Can I ship to a different address after I’ve placed my order?

Yes, as long as we haven’t already dispatched your order, we can change the shipping address.  Please email us.

Can I add more items to my order?

Yes as long as we haven’t shipped your order you can make an add on. Please note that as postage is calculated based on weight, an additional charge may be incurred. Please email us.

I have a dispute, how do we resolve it?

At Love Vinyl Craft Supplies we take any customer grievances very seriously. We ask that you let us know the dispute is within 7 days of any issues/concerns over your order.
