Shipping Policy

All orders are normally processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays. During seasonal holidays we may experience high volume and our processing time may increase. Please also allow additional days in transit for delivery, especially during Christmas and Easter. Royal Mail shipping times are to be used as a guideline only and they do experience delays during busy times of the year.

Express Delivery is available and is an option once you reach Checkout. If you choose this option the courier will contact you directly (email/text) with you tracking number once they have received the order.

Shipping charges for your order are calculated and displayed at checkout.

You will receive a Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing tracking number(s) if applicable.

If in the unlikely event your do not receive your order Royal Mail can be contacted for all delivery enquiries.

Wrong or incomplete addresses

If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will refund you for the value of the products ordered but not for the delivery charge. If the returned package has incurred a fee to return to us, this will be deducted from your refund. This will happen for orders sent with a courier for express delivery.

Delayed or Missing orders

A parcel is considered missing after it has been in the postal system for a period of 10 working days and has not been delivered. Although this is quite rare, in the event it does happen we are unable to offer a replacement/refund until this period of time has ended. We cannot be held liable for any loss or damage incurred by a customer (direct or indirectly) due to delayed or lack of delivery of goods regardless of the method of delivery.
